Return &Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in USTYLE. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Returns: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide us with pictures or videos of the defective or damaged item. We will arrange for a refund or exchange of the product. If you want to return a product for any reason other than defects or damages, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wigs that have been worn or styled, due to hygiene reasons. Customized products and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

3. Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed, we will try our best to cancel it, but cannot guarantee a full refund.
